Composition
- Power system: usually consists of motor, reducer, etc. It
provides power for the conveyor line so that the conveyor belt or
chain plate, etc. can run according to the set speed, such as the
common cycloid reducer can provide stable power.
- Conveying medium: including stainless steel mesh belt, Teflon
mesh belt, PVC mesh belt, roller, chain plate, etc., which can be
selected according to the scene of the use of the oven, the
characteristics of the baked products and hygiene requirements.
- Support and guide device: used to support the conveying medium
and ensure that it remains stable during operation to prevent
runaway. Commonly, there are rollers, guide rails, etc. Bilateral
conveyor line with chain drive can effectively solve the phenomenon
of deflection in the transmission process.
Working Principle
Tunnel Oven Conveyor Line is driven by the power system to drive
the conveying medium and drive the articles placed on it to move in
the oven at a uniform speed, so that the articles will be heated
evenly by conduction, convection and radiation when they pass
through different heating zones to complete the baking process.
