synopsis
Widely used in home power plants,electronics factories ,substrate automatic insertion production.It can be applied to the complete process of printing plate plug-in,and it can also be improved or assembled in small parts.
Features
- High degree of customization: it can be designed, manufactured
and installed according to customers' requirements, and the
combination and configuration can be changed at will.
- Good conveying performance: special aluminum alloy is used as
guide rail, with special nylon chain conveying, low friction, no
noise, no pollution.
- Adjustable speed and width: the speed can be adjusted by
frequency conversion knob, and the width of the line can be
adjusted at any time with the width of the PCB board.
- Beautiful appearance and convenient operation: beautiful
appearance, streamlined, easy to operate and maintain.
Structure
- Guide rail and chain: Usually special aluminum alloy is used as
guide rail, and then equipped with special nylon chain for
conveying, and some of them adopt iron chain according to the
demand of products.
- Spreading mechanism: The width of the wire body generally adopts
the screw spreading mechanism, which can be adjusted according to
the width of the PCB board.
- Power mechanism: the motor is commonly used in imported
electronic speed gear motor, such as automatic plug-in line is
often used in miniature gear motor speed control, the conveying
speed is generally adjustable in 0.3 - 8m/min.
- Auxiliary configuration: can be equipped with air ducts, fans,
process card racks, instrumentation, sockets, toolboxes, etc..
Classification
- According to the operation mode: it can be divided into two kinds
of forced and free knots.
- By electric control: there are frequency conversion, stepless
speed regulation motor, electronic speed regulation motor and other
control methods.
- According to the style: there are single-side, double-side
plug-in, turn plug-in line and so on.
